The Gascoigne Suite

Versatile and self-contained the fully air-conditioned Gascoigne Suite will rise to meet the requirements of your occasion. The room can also be divided into two, creating an excellent space for large groups to both work and socialise in.

A large and flexible space, the Gascoigne Suite offers superb facilities with exceptional value for money and also has its own bar and cloakroom facilities.

The Disney Room

Our flagship room, situated on the 23rd floor, comes equipped for high-level discussions with hard-wired internet access, multiple secure Wi-Fi channels, the very latest LCD ceiling mounted projector and an extra large drop down presentation screen.

Normally set up for round table conferences, The Disney Room can also accommodate lecture style presentations and formal receptions with equal ease.

The Reserved Bar Lounge

This atmospheric room is in our opinion our most elegant. The Reserved Bar Lounge is ideal for formal dinners and smaller receptions where the private bar is an added advantage. However daytime events such as informal lunches and executive team development sessions are also easily accommodated.

The Restaurant and The McIntosh Room

For those who require everything to hand, the McIntosh Room is situated at the heart of Conference Centre and within easy reach of additional smaller conference rooms and the bar and lounge.

With its flexible layout it can cater for large private functions. Alternatively the McIntosh Room can be sectioned off to form a more intimate private dining room.

The Lawrence Room

This elegant panelled room contains many items reflecting the exotic history of The Union Jack Club, including a plaque commemorating the fact that 'Aircraftman Shaw', better known as Lawrence of Arabia, regularly stayed here.

Permanently set up with a boardroom table and seating for up to 14 people it is a wonderful room bringing a sense of occasion to any meeting.
